“Close to everything.”

“Stayed for the weekend. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and they switched us rooms. Very courteous and kind. Helpful. Will be staying again. Thank you”

“Run down & not maintained well with drug addicts hanging out in the rear parking lot. NOT family friendly. Nasty & rude owner provides nothing but bad vibes. Breakfast is garbage food. Cold tasteless eggs and filthy silverware. Absolutely disgusting hotel. AVOID !”

“Good location for our needs.”

“Had. No complaints..enjoyed. my stay”

“An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay.”

“My wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at this property. The walking trail was a 10/10 for our pups. Everything about this place was amazing and we could not recommend it enough. Kevin went out of his way to make our check in as easy as possible.”

“The place was really neat and the host was incredibly friendly”
